ITINERARY
Friday, August 1
Shuttles to Villa de Leyva
Time 9am or 1pm, to be selected when you RSVP.
Departing from the B.O.G. Hotel in Bogotá.
Take the 9am shuttle to have a little more time to explore Villa de Leyva, the afternoon shuttle for more time in Bogotá, or contact us to arrange for private transportation directly from the airport.
Welcome Dinner
Time 6:30pm. Location La Feria Piqueteadero.
Attire Casual, jacket or sweater recommended.
We made it! Help us kick off the festivities on the patio of one of our favorite spots near the plaza, just a short walk from the hotels.
Saturday, August 2
The Wedding
Time 3:30pm.
Location Casa Buganvilias.
Guest shuttle to the venue departs Hotel Plazuela de San Agustín at 2:30pm.
Attire Celebratory. Bright, bold, formal, informal, or high fashion. Whatever you feel, just feel good! We recommend bringing sunglasses for the daytime portion, and avoiding stilettos or high heels.
Ceremony followed by cocktail hour, dinner, dancing, late-night snacks, more dancing, and shuttles back to your hotels beginning at midnight.
Sunday, August 3
Shuttles to Bogotá
Time 10am or 2pm, to be selected when you RSVP.
Departing from Plazuela de San Agustin.
The 10am shuttle will go directly to the airport for those who need to fly out same-day. The 2pm shuttle will depart following the Farewell Brunch, and return to the B.O.G. Hotel.
Farewell Brunch
Time 10:30am. Location Plazuela de San Agustin.
Attire Casual, travel-ready.
We’ll be gathering in the courtyard of the Plazuela de San Agustin for a last hurrah and traditional brunch before shuttling back to Bogotá.
